Four summer trends that you can wear to work NOW

It may not always seem like it, but summer really has arrived. With some of last years trends re-appearing for this summer, but in a new - bolder fashion, ’tis definitely the season to try out that all white look that you’ve been yearning to pull off, or even give all over graphic print a go. To get you in the mood, we’ve selected four of our favourite trends that are work wear appropriate as well, and will keep you stylish and cool during those hot summer days.

1. PLEATED SKIRT
The pleated skirt is a crisp and clean look and adds a fresh and refined element to every ensemble. Sporting concertina cuts will show you’ve been doing your fashion homework. This summer’s freshest cotton works best by day – think more preppy perfection than tennis whites.

2. ABSTRACT BOQUET
“This season’s florals encompass the whole range from pastel pretty to techno sport and make an irresistable motif for spring,” says Alexandra Shulman, Vogue editor. Well stated - this look is great for when you’re looking to dress up a little more than usual, and to use your feminine charm.

3. GRAPHIC WORD
This season we’re spotting street flavour and sportswear styling, so it comes as no surprise to see logo tees and shouty slogans hitting the mainstream. Word to the wise: keep it clean with one brash item for work, so that you can go all the way on a night out.

4. WIDE N WHITE
Sensing that we’d be craving purity and calm right around the time their summer collections hit the stores, many designers explored the soothing potential of white. So thrown on those white trousers you’ve been avoiding all Spring, and go for it!
